   I was looking for an affordable light strip for my apartment and this one caught my eye for its smart functionality and remote. The smartphone controls work perfect, and I have the remote on the table for times where I don’t have my phone 😁. The colors this LED produces are as colorful and bright as I expected, sometimes even more than I anticipate! I keep the lights at 60-70% which you can see in the picture. Changing the brightness is possible with the remote in any color setting. My favorite feature on the remote is the control of the speed of the effect, I can set it to slowly fade from one color to another which looks amazing! Installation was super easy; it comes wrapped like a roll of tape and all you have to do is to stick the strip wherever you want! I also appreciate the different options given for connecting the 3 rolls that come in the box, you can have them as 3 separate strips or one long strip. Overall, for the price I am really impressed with the product since I don’t see any compromises made in making this product.

   First time setting up lights, a little difficult to put them on the ceiling but eventually I did it. After I hooked them up, I noticed not all the lights would change to the color I desired. If I wanted all blue, only one strip would light up blue, and the others would be yellow and then a dimmed red. I plugged and unplugged the slots into different ports but that didn’t help. It would only make one strip light up instead of all them. Instructions aren’t so helpful and I guess they’re okay but am disappointed. I wanted a soothing light show and now only get a little happiness with all green because no other color lights up and stays on all strips unless it’s green. I’d do a little more research on other led strips people Unless this is how I set it up, then it’s on me. But otherwise, I fault the strips.
