We got these locks initially for a second home we plan to Airbnb when we’re not there, 2 of them to cover front and back doors. The ability to easily add and remove temporary access codes from anywhere will make it much easier to handle guests. But once we had them, we liked them so much we got two more for our main house.
We love being able to get in with a simple fingerprint scan, much easier even than other combination electronic locks if you’re carrying heavy groceries or similar, and we never have to worry about carrying keys. The fingerprint reader is also fast, and much more reliable than my phone. We love the flexibility to issue codes to let a friend or cat-sitter in without giving them permanent access. And we love that we don’t have to worry about forgetting to lock the door behind us — Sifely does that for us.
