When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, as they are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Please keep in mind that our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which can contribute to longer delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. However, if you encounter damaged items or packages lost in transit, we can assist you if we receive proof within 5 days of you receiving the goods.
